Below you will find some discounted birth doula packages, as well as some a la carte options
I'm working toward coordination with Medicaid, but at the moment my services are available through self-pay (you can submit your self-paid invoice to insurance to see if they will cover it as well)
The Full Package
This package includes:

3x (1hr) Pre-birth appointments for birth planning, Labor preparation, pregnancy comfort care, and access to my resource library

Empowering labor and birth support (homebirth, birth center, or hospital)

Immediate post-birth support

1x (1hr) Home check in appointment after birth

Just Labor and Birth
(If you've given birth before and just want support on the day of, this might be right for you!)
This package includes:

4x Meals Fresh or Frozen Meals prepped in a certified kitchen with Food Handler's License $60

2hr "Extra Hands and Brain" help in the first 6 mos after birth for cooking, cleaning, resource library, errands, etc. $160
